They are back in production after the writer’s strike. In this episode, Booth and Brennan need to work at break-neck speed to solve not one but two murders involving fearless competitors. We go on a field trip to a pottery class that doesn’t go well for their therapist but exposes Booth’s hidden talents. There a theme involving the differences between boys and girls. Also: Booth’s hair is red and Kelly and Brittany are going to have a Squintcast bowling night.

‘Tis the season to kill Santa as the team tries to figure out who could possibly want to murder the spirit of Christmas after the body of a real life Santa is discovered. Brennan is manipulated into making Max’s dreams come true of having Christmas as a family. Booth is there to help her in any way he can even if it involves a little harmless blackmail. While everyone is working hard deciphering convoluted clues, Brennan has to deal with her dysfunctional family thanks to an unexpected visit from her brother’s girlfriend, Amy. This leaves Kelly asking if Amy is the real deal or is she here to fleece them all?
